Return and Refund Policy

Website order cancellation

• A customer can cancel the order before dispatch by calling to the customer care. Once the order has been dispatched, customer cannot cancel it.

Returns

• Sharangdhar Pharmaceuticals are dealing with the ayurvedic medicines, health benefit products and services and we follow no return or no exchange policy. We will only allow if the product send by the company (using website, direct purchase from company). Refunds

• If the order has been cancelled before dispatch, refund will be reflected in your account within 7-10 days. Once the return parcel received and investigation completed by us, we will notify you through email or phone call about refund request accepted or rejected. If request accept by us then your refund process started and it will take some days to reflect refund amount in your bank account.
