Website order cancellation

• A customer can cancel the order before dispatch by calling customer care. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer cannot cancel it.

Refunds

• If the order has been cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be reflected in your account within 7-10 days. Once the return parcel is received and the investigation is completed by us, we will notify you through email or phone call about the refund request being accepted or rejected. If the request is accepted by us, then your refund process will get started, and it may take some days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
